feel Alive in a lifethat feels in alignmentwith who you truly are

I’ve led teams of thousands of women, built companies from scratch, and spent two decades obsessed with a single question: why do two equally intelligent, equally capable women end up in completely different places?

What I Believe

after two decades of
studying human behavior —

Everything here runs on a few non-negotiables. If these land, we’re going to get along.

01
Not a Motivation Issue

What holds people back isn’t laziness. It’s unnamed fears and a nervous system running at capacity. When you understand what’s happening inside of you, everything can shift.

02
Alignment & Authenticity First

It’s shocking how many people don’t know where they actually want to go. Before strategy, before goals — you have to unveil who you really are and what you really want.

03
Opportunity Is Learnable

I didn’t come from wealth. I thought business ownership was for people born rich. Nobody handed me the pathway — I found it, and now I hand it to others.

04
The Vision Was Placed In You

The vision you carry of who you could become wasn’t random — it was placed in your heart and mind by something greater than you, and fulfilling it is the assignment. Going all in on understanding yourself at the deepest level is how you expand the capacity to carry it.

year by year, here’s how it happened —
My Story
My Story
the short version —

I grew up believing wealth belonged to two kinds of people: those born into it, and those who walked through the respectable doors of careers like law or medicine. It took years of seeking, reading, and watching people closely to prove that wrong.

The Timeline

2012
A WordPress blog & no roadmap

I graduated with my BA from the University of South Florida and was just getting started in the internet space — writing on WordPress, sharing fashion, figuring out my voice in public before anyone called that a career. But information simply wasn’t available online the way it is now. There was no roadmap for turning any of it into an actual business, and nobody in my exposure was talking about building something of your own.

The LSAT, the nightclubs, & a door nobody mentioned

I took my LSAT and was headed for law school. But I was working at some of the top nightclubs in the world in Las Vegas — out-earning friends who had already finished law school, most of them buried in debt and unhappy in their careers. Years of seeking, reading, and watching how people actually built things finally added up, and I saw a door nobody had ever pointed me toward.

Free Vibrationz & a promise to never gatekeep

Within a year I walked through it and opened Free Vibrationz, an online women’s boutique. I flew to Los Angeles for market week, walked the showrooms of the Fashion District sourcing from designers I loved, and negotiated wholesale prices with no budget and no idea what I was doing. Google was my best friend — I literally searched “how to open an online store.” Everyone in the industry gatekept whatever was making them successful, and that lit a fire in me: once I figured this out, I would never gatekeep anything. Then I hauled it home and ran the whole operation out of my living room — backdrops taped to the walls, racks of clothing and boxes from brands throughout my house, inventory stacked in bins, styling and shooting with beautiful friends who traded their time for pizza and my love. Built on a desire to build something of my own, my savings account, and a desktop computer.

Half in, half out — until the rooms changed me

Unexpectedly, a multi-six-figure opportunity became my way out of nightlife. Free Vibrationz had found success, but my nervous system’s capacity wasn’t ready to carry the belief required to go all in on it. I was half in, half out — my nightlife job covering the bills, and a shiny opportunity offering me a way out. That opportunity became my life-changing introduction to personal development: the books, the rooms, the mentors, the language for everything I’d been feeling inside for years. Within seven months I was promoted into leadership. Within a year and a half, I was leading one of the company’s top offices in the Boston region.

Two industries, one pattern

Another opportunity came my way, and I began also building online communities of women in the direct sales consumer space — women I met entirely through the internet — while simultaneously working two jobs, the other in a male-dominated industry where the teams I led were generating multimillion-dollar years. Two completely different worlds, thousands of women and men, and in both industries I watched the same split play out: the ones who kept climbing all the way to the top, and the ones who pulled back and stalled out right before or right after their biggest win. Watching that pattern turned my curiosity about human behavior into a full-blown obsession.

Founding communities, compounding results

These were the years the pattern turned into a practice. I founded the Boss-ton Boss Babes community, mentored women through their own first wins, and continued leading teams across industries — crossing $5 million in sales along the way. Success across multiple different worlds, built on the handful of things nobody was teaching.

The Dopamine Pursuit Podcast goes live

Years of studying success, mindset, and the body finally needed somewhere to live. I launched the Dopamine Pursuit Podcast — conversations on business, mindset, and personal health — to share what took me a decade to learn with anyone ready to hear it.

Columbia University & the science underneath it all

I became obsessed with understanding the laws of energetics — how energy moves through the body, how the brain and nervous system are wired together, and why what we carry internally shapes what we’re able to build externally. That obsession drew me to apply to Columbia University, returning to school to potentially pursue my master’s and formalize the deep dive into the mind and human behavior I’d already been living for years. The pattern-watcher became a student of the science itself.

The Dopamine Collective & The Expansion Method

Everything I’ve learned — from the boardrooms to the retreats to the research — now lives in one place: The Dopamine Collective, The Expansion Method, and the podcast. Built to expedite for you what took me over a decade to figure out.

EverythingIn One Place
After Two Decades Of Watching People Closely

Here’s what I found:it’s not a motivation issue.

Two people, equally intelligent, equally talented. One takes off. One stays stuck. I’ve watched it happen across thousands of women — and the difference is never willpower. It’s whether you understand what’s actually going on inside you — and whether you can channel that power into momentum.

over a decade of —

The Deep Work

I don’t teach anything I haven’t lived. The inner work came first — and it never stopped.

01

The Retreats

From Dr. Joe Dispenza’s week-long retreats to plant medicine at Rythmia — I’ve gone to the edges of this work, in person, more than once.

02

The Mentors

Mentored by some of the top leadership voices in the world, including John Maxwell — learning how real leaders think, decide, and build.

03

The Rooms

I’ve sat in the audience for Tim Grover, Mel Robbins, Ed Mylett, and more — studying not just what they said, but what made them who they are.

04

The Question

Through every room and every role, one question: what actually separates the people who rise from the people who stall? That answer became my work.

a note from Kristen —

I’ve been pursuing opportunity since the day I learned opportunity was available to me.

Nobody handed me a pathway. I wasn’t exposed to the tools, the rooms, or the people that show you what’s possible — I had to find them one by one, over twenty years. And somewhere along the way, my obsession shifted from chasing success to understanding it: why people wear masks they can’t name, why consistency collapses, why brilliant women stall at the edge of everything they want.

Here’s what I know now: it was never about discipline. It’s a nervous system at capacity, and fears that have never been understood. When you finally see what’s going on inside you, the shifts come fast.

The Expansion Method, the podcast, the writing — all of it exists to expedite for you what took me a decade to learn. So you can step into the person you were actually supposed to be.
